Privacy Policy

What we collect
You can browse this entire site without giving us any information. We only collect personal information when you choose to submit it through one of our two forms:
Newsletter signup (in the footer of every page): your email address.
Get Involved form: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message.
How we use it
We use this information to send you our newsletter and to respond to your messages. That’s it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions go to HubSpot, the service we use to manage our contact list and send newsletters. HubSpot stores this information on our behalf. HubSpot’s forms may also set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Our website is hosted on Vercel, which (like most web hosts) keeps standard server logs and runs automated protection against malicious traffic.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you’d like us to delete your information entirely — or want to know what we have — email us at hello@beaconcommunitycollective.org and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our website is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Event photos
We sometimes take photos at BCC events and share them on our website, newsletter, and social media. If you appear in a photo and would like it taken down, email us at hello@beaconcommunitycollective.org and we’ll remove it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page.
